How would an agent receive his commission?
Agent receives his commission on a Cut & Pay commission method. Just to brief a bit for example
Fare Cost: 5000
Commission is say (2%): 100
Net fare charge will be 4900 only.
Hence the commission automatically gets deducted on an upfront basis and the net fare gets deducted from the credit limit.
How can I track my commission with
One can track his /her commission by accessing Breakup of sales register and ledger where the complete commission and full breakup is displayed along with the commission detail.
Can the agent mark-up the fare for all services?
Yes , Agent can mark up the fare for all services. By clicking on Dashboard further on Setting and can create markup.
How do I cancel bookings?
To cancel the Flight and Hotel booking, the user has to upload the request on the portal. To cancel the Bus and Rail Booking, the user can cancel it online.
How much time and what will it take to process refunds?
Our endeavor is to refund the amount within 10 minutes span. However if there is delay due to process at airline and provider end than in that case he should contact the concerned Sales Manager in that region.
